Flag at half mast

Roma Anonymous (not verified) | 7:09 PM CST, Sat February 01, 2025
A flag flying below the summit of a ship mast, a pole on land, or a pole on a building; in many countries this is seen as a symbol of respect, mourning, distress, or, in some cases, a salute.
When a former president passes away, it is tradition for each town to fly the flag at half mast.
